Project Phases:

1. Phase I – Strategic Development

   • Prepare the Education Infrastructure Master Plan.
   • Create guidelines incorporating NBC, WASH, and Inclusion Standards.
   • Develop Quality Assurance (QA) and Monitoring Framework.
   • Conduct stakeholder consultations.
   • Identify infrastructure needs and investment priorities.

2. Phase II – School-Level Planning

   • Develop master plans for 87 community schools.
   • Conduct site surveys and prepare base maps.
   • Create architectural designs with cost estimates.
   • Ensure procurement-ready technical packages and compliance with standards.

3. Phase III – Quality Assurance

   • Verify compliance with guidelines.
   • Support the Municipality in monitoring quality.
   • Maintain M&E dashboard.
   • Conduct final evaluations and knowledge transfer sessions.

Roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preparation of detailed cost estimates and BoQs.
• Supervise field data collection, survey verification, and design coordination.
• Support procurement-ready document preparation.
• Integrate WASH and site infrastructure components.

Other Information

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in design and supervision.
• Familiar with NBC, DUDBC standards, and WASH facility design.
