Job Specification

Project Phases:

1. Phase I – Strategic Development

   • Prepare the Education Infrastructure Master Plan.
   • Create guidelines incorporating NBC, WASH, and Inclusion Standards.
   • Develop Quality Assurance (QA) and Monitoring Framework.
   • Conduct stakeholder consultations.
   • Identify infrastructure needs and investment priorities.

2. Phase II – School-Level Planning

   • Develop master plans for 87 community schools.
   • Conduct site surveys and prepare base maps.
   • Create architectural designs with cost estimates.
   • Ensure procurement-ready technical packages and compliance with standards.

3. Phase III – Quality Assurance

   • Verify compliance with guidelines.
   • Support the Municipality in monitoring quality.
   • Maintain M&E dashboard.
   • Conduct final evaluations and knowledge transfer sessions.

Roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographical and boundary surveys for school sites.
• Prepare contour maps, layout plans, and verification of land area.
• Support GIS data integration and documentation.

Other Information

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Survey Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of field experience.
• Proficient in Total Station and GPS survey equipment.
